The mail forwarding or business address service is directed toward you, a professional, and owner of a new company or a professional studio, a sales person or company with the need for a postal or business address in a city other than where you have your headquarters. By activating the mail forwarding service it is possible to receive mail and packages at the Office Centre that provides the service and is authorised for the collection, management and possible redispatch.

With the mail forwarding service you can indicate the street address on your business cards (see example), letterhead, website and brochures; communications with the Chamber of Commerce and notarial documents are excluded without the subscription to a contract for legal domiciliation.

The format generally used by those who have entered into a mail forwarding contract is:
•         Rossi Spa, "address of the Office Centre," without reference to the centre itself.

The service includes the receipt of letters and small packages by reception staff that will take care to handle them according to your instructions. All items received are stamped with the date of receipt, and you are advised of the receipt by email, SMS or telephone contact. Everything received by the Centre may be collected by you or an authorised person or can be forwarded by courier to another address.
